I downloaded the trial and was watching tutorials in FL 20 of the mixer, the plugins, automations and whatnot. I legit could not understand anything and whenever I had set a track or instrument to, it stayed there and I couldnt remove or move it. I kept getting suggested FL Studio Producer Edition but I always remembered my last experience with it. I kept thinking and researching what DAWs were available, in my budget, great for me to understand and use and lastly didnt have a limit of computers/laptops I could install my FL on like ableton only allows you to install it on 5 devices max unless you request more which from my experience on their Intro plan of Ableton, they never gave me more. I'm not going to just keep downloading a 6GB zip file from my mega drive and run a keygen to activate a slightly outdated or (future wise) really outdated version ableton. Just recently I've been getting really serious with music production and writing so I realized, if I'm going to keep doing music and possibly have new computers or whatever. (obviously didn't buy it because im cheap).
So I've been using Ableton Live 10 Suite as my DAW.
